LinkedIn Profile Optimization: Enhancing the client's LinkedIn profile to maximize visibility and appeal to potential employers.

Personal Brand Development: Assisting clients in defining and promoting their unique personal brand to stand out in the job market.

Personalized Initial Phone Consultation: We'll kick things off with a chat to understand your career goals and aspirations.

Expert Evaluation & Tailored Suggestions: I'll review your current materials and provide insightful feedback for improvements.

Variety of Resume Formats: Choose from multiple formats that best match your personal style and professional needs.

ATS-Compatible Resume: Ensure your resume passes through Applicant Tracking Systems with flying colors.

Additional Resume Formats: Additional targeted versions of your resume, such as changing the profile summary and expertise sections, are available for an additional $50.

Deliverables

Format: All products are created in CANVA. Once everything is completed, the final products will be delivered in PDF and Word Doc versions with an editable Canva link.

Final Products: All products are final once the project is completed. Additional edits to products are available for an additional $50 per product.

Timeline

Project Timeline: Establishing a project timeline at the outset, detailing milestones and deadlines for drafts, revisions, and final deliveries.

Turnaround Time: Project completion depends on the current workload at the time of booking.

Expedited Time Frame: An additional fee of $100 is required if a quick turnaround time of less than 3 days is needed.

Payment Terms

Pricing: The pricing structure is clearly outlined for each service, including base rates and additional fees for expedited services or add-ons.

Payment Schedule: All payments are due at the time of booking services. If additional services are added during the project, payment in full for that additional product will be required before moving forward.

Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be provided if the client is not satisfied with the initial draft of the product.  After that point in the project, no refunds will be offered.

Confidentiality

Client Information: Ensuring all client information is confidential and used solely to deliver the agreed-upon services.

Data Security: Implementing measures to protect the client's personal data and documents from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all services will be delivered to a high standard of quality and professionalism.

Job Guarantee: My resume writing services and products do NOT guarantee a job.

Termination Clause

Termination by Service Provider: Conditions under which the service provider may terminate the agreement, including reasons such as breach of terms.

Termination by Client: Conditions under which the client may terminate the agreement, including any time frame leading up to the first draft of the product, including a 50% refund.

Acceptance

Acknowledgment of Agreement: The client and service provider's acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms outlined in the agreement are confirmed by signatures from both parties.
